1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and the 918kiss2 platform ("Platform", "we", "918kiss2"). By accessing, registering or using any service provided by 918kiss2, you hereby agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

918kiss2 operates under international licensing and provides online casino, sports betting, online slots, sic bo, mix parlay and arcade game services to players in Malaysia. The platform is operated professionally and responsibly to ensure a safe and transparent gaming experience.

2. Definitions

In the context of these Terms, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as stated:

• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on the 918kiss2 platform and has accepted these Terms.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member to use the 918kiss2 services.
• "Bonus" refers to any credit, promotional offer or incentive given by 918kiss2 to a Member subject to certain conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "Deposit" refers to the transfer of funds from a Member to the 918kiss2 account for the purpose of playing.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from a Member's 918kiss2 account to the Member's bank account or e-wallet.
• "Services" refers to all products, games and features available on the 918kiss2 platform.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited by a Member that can be used for playing or withdrawn in accordance with the conditions set.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To register an account at 918kiss2, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a legally competent individual to enter into a binding agreement.
• Have never been banned or blocked from using the 918kiss2 platform previously.
• Not register more than one account — each individual is only allowed one active account.
• Information provided during registration is true, accurate and complete.

918kiss2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of the identity card (MyKad) or other supporting documents. Accounts that cannot be verified may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

Any attempt to register with false information, another person's identity or multiple accounts will result in the termination of all such accounts and the freezing of any balance within them.

4. Member Account

Each Member is fully responsible for the security of their account. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing login details with any other party, and ensuring there is no unauthorised access to their account.

Members must notify 918kiss2 immediately if they suspect their account has been accessed without authorisation. 918kiss2 is not responsible for any losses arising from a Member's negligence in safeguarding their login information.

• Each Member is responsible for all activities that take place under their account.
• The use of automation, bots or third-party software to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Members may not transfer, sell or give their account to another party.
• 918kiss2 reserves the right to review account activity to detect any suspicious use or fraud.

Accounts that have not been used for an extended period may be subject to the inactivity policy set by 918kiss2. Members will be notified in advance before any action is taken.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

918kiss2 supports several secure and recognised payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Available methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction for all methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction for all methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally 5 to 30 minutes.

All deposits are credited automatically once payment is confirmed. Withdrawals are processed by our finance team and members will receive a notification once the transaction is complete.

918kiss2 reserves the right to require Members to complete an identity verification process before the first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding the set limit. This process is intended to protect the Member's account from any misuse.

Any attempt to transfer or withdraw funds obtained through unlawful means or fraud will result in the account being frozen and a report being made to the relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

918kiss2 offers various promotions and bonuses to registered Members. All such offers are subject to their respective specific terms and rules, which must be fully complied with.

The welcome bonus offered by 918kiss2 is 100% of your first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Account balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly and only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. 918kiss2 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is any misuse or attempt to manipulate the bonus system.

Other promotional offers such as cashback, referral bonuses and reload deposit offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented to the Member.

7. VIP Program

The 918kiss2 VIP Program is designed to reward active and loyal Members. There are three VIP membership tiers, each offering different weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on a Member's betting activity and loyalty on the platform. The more active a Member is, the sooner they qualify to enjoy the benefits of a higher tier.

Cashback is calculated based on net losses within the set weekly period and is automatically credited to the Member's account. Wagering requirements apply to cashback credits subject to the current promotion rules.

918kiss2 reserves the right to modify the VIP program structure, benefits, or eligibility criteria at any time with prior notification to affected Members.

8. Game Rules

All games available on the 918kiss2 platform operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology, ensuring every game outcome is fair and unbiased.

The specific rules for each game category are as follows:

• Online Slots: Game outcomes depend entirely on the RNG. Each spin is independent and is not influenced by previous spins.

• Using automation software, bots, or game manipulation tools.
• Involvement in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Use of an account by an individual under the age of 21.
• Any conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful by 918kiss2.

Members may also request the closure of their own account by contacting customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be returned to the Member once the verification process is complete, subject to the relevant conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 918kiss2 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from:

• Technical disruptions, server failures, or network issues beyond our control.
• Losses incurred as a result of betting or game outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's account due to the Member's own negligence.
• Delays or failures in processing transactions due to external factors such as banking or e-wallet issues.

In any event, the maximum total liability of 918kiss2 to any Member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the thirty days prior to the claim arising.

12. Amendment of Terms

918kiss2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time in accordance with operational needs, legislative changes, or applicable licensing policies.

Any material amendments will be communicated to Members via a notification on the platform or by registered email. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain up to date.

Continued use of the 918kiss2 platform after amendments take effect is considered full acceptance of the amended terms. If a Member does not agree with the amendments, they have the right to request account closure.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which 918kiss2 operates. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through appropriate arbitration or legal proceedings.

Members agree that any legal action or proceedings related to the use of the 918kiss2 platform will be subject to the jurisdiction established by the relevant international licensing authority.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted or removed, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
